🔍 Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Healthcare Data Analyst with solid expertise in RCM, CPT & Diagnostic Codes. You will play a key role in analyzing healthcare data, identifying revenue opportunities, and driving financial optimization strategies.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze reimbursement trends & Medicare rates across practices
- Perform CPT-level revenue and payer analysis
- Standardize data definitions and build data dictionaries
- Identify revenue optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with analytics & account teams for accurate reporting
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years in RCM & healthcare analytics
- Strong knowledge of CPT & diagnostic coding
- Experience with data analysis tools (Google Sheets/Excel, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving & communication skills
- Understanding of Medicare reimbursement & EHR systems (preferred)
