Role Overview:

You will be responsible for lead generation and building a pipeline of top quality prospects. As a manager, you will oversee personnel in the company's inside sales team and act as a strategic partner with an eye towards long term sales strategy.

  • Drive Demand Generation & Lead Nurturing

Qualification Required:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B inside sales, demand generation, or lead generation roles in both international and domestic markets
  • Demonstrated expertise in lead generation, outbound sales, and pipeline management
  • Proficiency in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
  • Strong data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of sales KPIs and conversion optimization
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in SaaS, IT services, or technology sales is advantageous
