The candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling all warehouse activities, ensuring smooth inbound/outbound operations, inventory accuracy, manpower handling, and adherence to standard processes.

• Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Management**
• Supervise and control full warehouse floor activities including inbound, outbound, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure timely receiving and dispatch of goods with proper documentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, minimize shortages, and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO).
• Oversee loading & unloading operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Team Handling & Coordination**
• Manage and lead warehouse staff, supervisors, and operators.
• Train employees on SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational processes.
• Allocate daily work, monitor performance, and improve productivity.
• Required Skills & Qualifications**
• Graduate in any stream (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred).
• 3 -8 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in logistics/distribution.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, dispatch planning, and floor management.
• Good team management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
