Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned DGM Security to head and manage plant security operations for a large Integrated Steel Plant. The role involves ensuring complete security of plant assets, manpower, and materials while maintaining strict compliance and vigilance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall plant security operations including gate control and surveillance
- Develop and implement security policies, SOPs, and emergency response plans
- Manage industrial security, loss prevention, and risk mitigation
- Liaise with local authorities, law enforcement, and regulatory bodies
- Monitor contract security agencies and ensure discipline and efficiency
- Conduct audits, investigations, and incident reporting
- Ensure compliance with statutory and safety norms
Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in industrial/plant security management
- Defence, Paramilitary, or Police background preferred
- Proven leadership and crisis management skills
- High integrity, vigilance, and decision-making ability
