  1. Improve Customer Preferred Score - Implementation of action to reduce the complaints & also reply on customer’s Issues. (Closing NC's)
  2. Review of In process Inspection - Final Inspection, Inward Inspection & Outward (PDI Reports) to take decision regarding NC closer & Review of reports from Lab.
  3. Monitoring In house rejection (IHR) & Parts per million (PPM) - Verify and sustain action plan to eliminate defect phenomena & find OFI (Opportunity for improvements).
  4. Review on Inspection Agreement sign off - Ensure adherence to plan as per sign of agreement with Customer/ supplier on Quality Parameters.
  5. Support for Recent Product Development - Responsibility towards Support & participation in NPD with cross functional team, First time right and on time delivery of NPD projects.
  6. Customer & Internal Review - Adherence and participation to customer specific requirement and improvement initiatives. Development projects for Zero defects in current components.
  7. Monitoring Customer DASH Board, ECR & ECN - DASH Board Updating of all customers with action plan & Engineering change request & Engineering Change Note if any change in doc.
  8. Monitoring of COPQ (Cost of poor quality) & EFR (Early Failure Report) - Coordination with customer for customer complaints warranty and field failures for Debits of warranty & EFR along Action Plan.
  9. Internal & External Audit, compliance & documentation - Audits - Product Audit, Process Audit, Customer Audit, TS & ISO Audit, DOC Audit, OHSAS & EMS Audit, TPM Audit, Internal/ QMS Audit Documentation for IPO process, Control Plan, Operation Sheet, Analysis and improvement projects derived from hiper reports.
  10. Problem solving analysis - Supervising on Root Cause analysis, Why Why Analysis, 8D analysis, 7 QC Tool, Pareto analysis, 6W2H report, POKA YOKE, 6 Sigma implementation.
  11. Improvements through TPM - Quality Maintenance pillar Activity & Support other pillars in their function.
  12. Review of calibration Status - Assurance & Monitoring of all calibration status.
  13. Training and Development - Competency Mapping of Team, TNI identification, Scheduling and Imparting Technical training. Re-evaluating for training effectiveness. Project allocation.
