Location - Thoppampatti Pirivu, Mettupalayam Road, Coimbatore.

  1. Administrative Operations Management
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative activities across the organization.
  • Manage and supervise multiple support functions including:
  • Transport operations
  • Travel desk coordination
  • Mobile reimbursement processing
  • Guest house management
  • Company quarters & accommodation management
  • Hostel administration
  • Gardening & landscaping
  • Housekeeping services
  • Scrap yard management
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments and timely issue resolution.
  1. Facility & Infrastructure Management
  • Maintain company premises, infrastructure, and utilities.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper upkeep of buildings and common areas.
  • Monitor vendor performance and service contracts.
  1. Vendor & Cost Management
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with transporters, housekeeping agencies, and other service providers.
  • Monitor administrative expenses and ensure cost control within the allocated budget.
  • Maintain proper documentation and compliance records.
  1. Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure statutory compliance related to facility and administrative operations.
  • Prepare and present administrative MIS reports to management.
  • Maintain accurate records of assets, accommodation, and reimbursements.
  1. Team Management
  • Lead and supervise administrative staff and support teams.
  • Allocate responsibilities and ensure performance monitoring.
  • Maintain discipline and streamline operational workflows.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Experience handling multiple departments simultaneously.
  • Good knowledge of transport and facility management systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (MIS preparation, reports, data tracking).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a factory environment.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Administration/Facility Management.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or large industrial /prior Administration experience.
