Desktop Support Engineer L2

- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS (Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016/2019/2022)
- Manage user profiles (Local & Roaming)
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi, VPN)
- Provide support for Outlook, MS Office (O365), Teams
- Handle hardware issues & coordination with vendors
- Manage USB access, admin rights, and security policies
- Perform system upgrades, patching, and antivirus updates
- Maintain asset inventory and documentation
- Support remote users via tools like AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.
- Ensure ticket closure within SLA (Service Level Agreement)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
