Digital Marketing Executive – Lead Generation (1+ Year Experience)

We are building a modern backend and AI-driven automation team and are looking for a results-oriented Marketing Executive who can generate high-quality leads through digital channels.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 1 year experience in lead generation / digital marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn outreach
• Run and optimize cold email marketing campaigns
• Manage automated DM campaigns and outreach workflows
• Build and maintain prospect databases
• Identify new lead generation channels
• Track campaign performance and improve conversion rates
• Work closely with the founder to align marketing with technical offerings

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of LinkedIn lead generation
• Experience with email marketing tools
• Knowledge of CRM systems
• Basic understanding of automation tools
• Good written English communication
• Data-driven mindset

Good to Have:

• Experience with marketing automation tools
• Understanding of SaaS / tech services
• Experience targeting international clients
• Basic knowledge of AI tools for content & campaign optimization
