Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram (Meta) lead generation campaigns.

If you are enthusiastic about digital advertising, paid campaigns, and data-driven marketing — this role is for you. Freshers with strong interest in performance marketing are highly encouraged to apply. Proper training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Create, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram Lead Generation Campaigns

Set up campaigns, ad sets, creatives, and lead forms in Meta Ads Manager

Monitor daily performance metrics (Leads, CPL, CTR, Conversions)

Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead

Coordinate with the Sales Team to track lead conversion quality

Prepare daily/weekly performance reports

Test different creatives, audiences, and ad formats (A/B Testing)

Ensure effective budget utilization and campaign scaling

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing / Meta Ads (Training will be provided)

Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager is an added advantage

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills

Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets

Strong interest in performance marketing and lead generation

Willingness to learn and grow in digital marketing
