Job Summary
We are building a fast-growing D2C nutrition brand . We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to lead performance marketing, brand building, and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Meta & Google performance campaigns
- Build D2C growth strategy & GTM plans
- Launch and scale products on Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart)
- Drive customer acquisition & CAC optimization
- Build retention systems (CRM, Email, WhatsApp automation)
- Improve repeat purchase rate & LTV
- Build brand positioning & storytelling
- Work closely with founders on growth strategy
Ideal Candidate
- 5–10 years in Digital / D2C marketing
- Experience scaling consumer brands
- Strong understanding of funnels, CAC, ROAS, LTV
- Experience with Shopify / D2C tech stack
- Data-driven & growth-focused mindset
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana
