Position Overview We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen Black Trader’s brand presence and drive lead generation across global markets.

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing, fintech or financial services marketing, and strong expertise in digital campaign management, performance marketing, and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities Digital Campaign Management Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)

Manage PPC, display, and retargeting campaigns

Track campaign ROI and continuously optimize performance

Performance Marketing & Analytics Monitor KPIs such as CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates

Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)

Generate performance reports and marketing insights

SEO & Content Strategy Improve website SEO ranking and organic traffic

Develop keyword strategies relevant to fintech/trading industry

Collaborate on blog content, landing pages, and product content

Social Media & Brand Building Manage LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and other relevant platforms

Build brand positioning within trading and fintech markets

Increase engagement and follower growth

Lead Generation & Funnels Develop lead generation strategies for brokers & prop firms

Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels

Work with sales team to improve lead quality

Collaboration Coordinate with product and sales teams

Align marketing strategies with business growth goals

Required Skills & Qualifications✅ Mandatory 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing

Robust knowledge of Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads

Experience with SEO & performance marketing

Hands-on experience with Google Analytics

Strong content understanding (B2B marketing preferred)

Excellent analytical and reporting skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

⭐ Preferred / Good to Have Experience in Fintech / Trading / Financial Services

Knowledge of B2B SaaS marketing

Experience with marketing automation tools

Understanding of global markets

Basic understanding of trading platforms or brokerage industry
