Salary: 32-38k ctc per month

ROLE PURPOSE

Execute and coordinate marketing campaigns across online and offline channels so that the right collections, and offers are clearly communicated to customers.

This role ensures that marketing materials are created on time, released across the correct channels, aligned with business priorities.

The role focus execution, coordination, and campaign , rollout on defining overall marketing

strategy.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Campaign Execution

Execute marketing campaigns planned by the Online Business Owner

Maintain marketing calendar and ensure campaign readiness

Coordinate launch timelines across teams

Ensure campaigns go live on time across all channels

  1. Marketing Content Coordination

Responsible for ensuring all campaign assets are created and delivered.

Coordinate with company: - Website banners - Social media creatives - Email marketing WhatsApp marketing creatives - Campaign visuals

Ensure creative assets align with campaign messaging and product focus.

  1. Product Marketing Support

Work with Category Manager to understand product priorities

Translate product collections into marketing narratives

Ensure correct SKUs are featured in campaigns

Support product launches with marketing materials

  1. Multi‑Channel Release Management

Ensure marketing materials are released across relevant channels:

Online: - Website - Social media - Email campaigns - WhatsApp campaigns

Offline: - Store posters - Event and canopy marketing materials - Product catalogues and brochures

  1. Basic Campaign Performance Monitoring

Track and report key campaign indicators such as: - Engagement levels - Click-through rates - response

Share insights with the Online Business Owner to improve future campaigns.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
