About the Role:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Hypha Care, you'll build and run a lean, performance-driven marketing engine for our health-tech SaaS product.

You'll own performance marketing, content, and lifecycle campaigns—running Google & Meta ads, creating copy and content, managing email/WhatsApp drips, and supporting the sales team with consistent lead generation and nurturing.

This is a hands-on role for someone who likes to think, write, test, and optimize—not just "post on social."

What You'll Do

  1. Performance Marketing
  • Plan, set up, and manage Google Search and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns for lead generation.
  • Conduct keyword and audience research aligned with our target customer profiles.
  • Track and optimize campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions).
  • Set up and maintain UTM tracking and funnel dashboards to identify which channels work best.
  1. Email & WhatsApp Drip Campaigns
  • Create and run email and WhatsApp drip campaigns to nurture leads and onboard new customers.
  • Write clear, concise copy for sequences—welcome flows, demo reminders, follow-ups, and feature updates.
  • Work with the sales team to align messaging and timing with their outreach.
  • Monitor open rates, click rates, and replies, then refine campaigns based on performance.
  1. Content & Social Media
  • Create and maintain a content pipeline for short blogs, social media posts, and help-center content.
  • Turn product features, FAQs, and customer stories into easy-to-understand content.
  • Use AI tools (like ChatGPT) for drafting variations and ideas, while owning the final quality.
  • Coordinate with designers to brief simple creatives that match your copy.
  1. Customer & Sales Collaboration
  • Assist the sales team with Outreach templates, and presentation decks.
  • Monitor and respond to customer and prospect queries on email, WhatsApp, and social platforms (coordinating with sales and support).
  • Share feedback from leads and customers internally to improve messaging and campaigns.
  1. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Maintain weekly and monthly summaries of:

a) Campaigns run

b) Spend vs. leads and demos

c) Email and WhatsApp performance

d) Content and social activity

  • Recommend clear next steps—what to scale, pause, or test next.
  • Document learnings to continuously improve our playbook.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Experience and Skills
  • Around 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, growth, or content (startup or agency experience is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search campaigns) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) for lead generation or traffic.
  • Strong copywriting skills for ads, landing pages, emails, WhatsApp, and social posts.
  • Comfort with analytics tools, ad managers, and spreadsheets for tracking performance and funnels.
  • Familiarity with email tools and WhatsApp/business messaging tools or willingness to learn quickly.
  1. Mindset and Work Style
  • Outcome-focused and interested in qualified leads, demos, and real impact rather than vanity metrics.
  • Bias for action and experimentation, with a habit of testing small and learning fast.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to own tasks end-to-end with minimal hand-holding.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup workplace and collaborating closely with sales and founders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience running campaigns for B2B, SaaS, or service businesses.
  • Exposure to healthcare, clinics, or medical audiences (not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or strong practical experience and portfolio).
