As our client portfolio grows, we are looking for a Digital Operations & Client Servicing Executive who can help keep projects and communication running smoothly.

This role sits at the intersection of client communication and internal team coordination.

What the role involves

• Communicating with clients and managing day-to-day coordination
• Working closely with the social media, design, and video teams
• Tracking deliverables and ensuring timelines are met
• Preparing proposals and supporting new business opportunities
• Maintaining clarity between client expectations and internal execution

We’re looking for someone who is

• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable speaking with clients professionally
• Curious about digital marketing and social media trends
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment

Role details

Location: Pratap Nagar, Nagpur (On-site)

Timing: 10 AM – 6:30 PM

Off: 1st & 3rd Saturday + Sunday

Salary range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 depending on experience
