Director of Enterprise Financial Planning

As a Senior FP&A Leader, your role will involve driving financial planning, performance management, and business partnering at an enterprise level. You will play a critical part in shaping financial strategy, enabling data-driven decisions, and supporting long-term organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles.
  • Drive long-range strategic planning and scenario modeling.
  • Partner with CXOs and business leaders to provide actionable financial insights.
  • Oversee financial performance tracking, variance analysis, and KPI reporting.
  • Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews and board presentations.
  • Drive automation and transformation in FP&A processes.
  • Build and mentor high-performing finance teams.
  • Support M&A analysis, investment decisions, and capital allocation strategy.
  • Ensure strong governance, compliance, and financial controls.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, with significant exposure to FP&A.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing large finance teams.
  • Strong business partnering exposure with senior stakeholders.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics.
  • Experience working in large enterprises / global environments.
  • CA / MBA (Finance) preferred.

In addition to the above, the company is seeking a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, the ability to influence senior leadership, strong analytical and decision-making skills, a transformation mindset with a focus on automation and efficiency, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
