Director of Enterprise Financial Planning

As a Senior FP&A Leader, your role will involve driving financial planning, performance management, and business partnering at an enterprise level. You will play a critical part in shaping financial strategy, enabling data-driven decisions, and supporting long-term organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles.
- Drive long-range strategic planning and scenario modeling.
- Partner with CXOs and business leaders to provide actionable financial insights.
- Oversee financial performance tracking, variance analysis, and KPI reporting.
- Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews and board presentations.
- Drive automation and transformation in FP&A processes.
- Build and mentor high-performing finance teams.
- Support M&A analysis, investment decisions, and capital allocation strategy.
- Ensure strong governance, compliance, and financial controls.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, with significant exposure to FP&A.
- Proven leadership experience in managing large finance teams.
- Strong business partnering exposure with senior stakeholders.
- Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics.
- Experience working in large enterprises / global environments.
- CA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
