About Us:

Hypstuma is an innovative drone-tech company specializing in aerial data collection, surveillance, inspections, mapping, and training programs across India. We are expanding our operations and seeking a certified drone pilot to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and responsible DGCA Certified Drone Pilot to operate drones for aerial photography, land/agricultural surveys, mapping, inspections, training, etc. The ideal candidate will have valid DGCA certification, excellent piloting skills, and knowledge of drone laws and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate drones in compliance with DGCA regulations and company protocols.
  • Conduct aerial missions for surveying, mapping, inspection, or training purposes.
  • Perform pre-flight and post-flight checks, maintenance logs, and reporting.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot UAV systems and equipment.
  • Work with the operations and technical teams to plan and execute flight missions.
  • Ensure safety and privacy compliance during all operations.
  • Document and analyze data collected during drone missions.
  • Provide assistance in drone training programs (if required).

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC) under UAS Rules, 2021.
  • Minimum [mention hours] of flying experience (preferably with logbook proof).
  • Experience with multirotor and/or fixed-wing drones.
  • Familiarity with flight planning software (e.g., DJI Pilot, Pix4D, DroneDeploy, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of airspace regulations and no-fly zones.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to travel for field operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in engineering, GIS, surveying, agriculture, or aviation.
  • Experience in drone data processing, mapping, or photogrammetry.
  • Teaching or training experience in drone operations (optional).
