About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Solutions Director to lead our complex enterprise deal architectures from our Dubai hub. This is a high-profile, techno-commercial, director-level mandate designed for a leader who bridges deep technical intelligence with elite commercial execution. If you have spent your career navigating multi-layered enterprise environments, breaking open high-value accounts, and transforming highly technical frameworks into compelling business cases, this role offers an expansive platform to drive market impact.
Core Responsibilities
Techno-Commercial Leadership: Own the architectural blueprint and commercial design for large-scale enterprise deals. Bridge technical delivery capabilities with client-side corporate ROI objectives to build winning proposals.
Complex Solution Selling: Lead consultative cycles for high-value accounts. Navigate matrixed enterprise buyer committees, technical decision-makers, procurement teams, and
C-suite stakeholders.
Deal Architecture & Negotiation: Structure complex commercial agreements, pricing frameworks, and service-level agreements (SLAs). Ensure high technical compliance alongside profitable deal economics.
Ecosystem & Market Expansion: Represent the organization as a technical subject matter expert and strategic commercial leader across the Middle East, anchoring relationships out of Dubai.
What We Are Looking For
The Techno-Commercial Blueprint: A professional who is just as comfortable whiteboarding an enterprise solution architecture with engineering leads as they are presenting commercial payback structures to a CFO.
Enterprise Deal Machinery: A proven track record of securing and scaling large-scale, complex enterprise deals in competitive technology landscapes.
Cultural and Regional Nuance: Deep familiarity with the enterprise landscape in Dubai and the wider Middle East. Native or fluent Arabic communication skills are highly preferred to seamlessly navigate local enterprise and governmental stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Up to 15 years of robust experience in enterprise technology solution selling, technical business development, or solution architecture.
Language: Proficiency in English is required; Arabic speaking and preferred for executive engagement.
Location: Based in or willing to immediately relocate to Dubai, UAE, for an on-site, director- level market presence.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business
Administration, or a closely related techno-commercial domain.
