E-commerce Ads & SEO Specialist (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho)

We are looking for a performance-driven E-commerce Ads & SEO Specialist who can manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho, along with handling SEO and product listing optimization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace advertising, keyword research, and conversion optimization to drive sales and visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
- Manage and optimize Flipkart Ads campaigns to improve ROAS and conversions.
- Run and scale Meesho Ads campaigns for product visibility and sales growth.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate.
- Perform A/B testing for ads, creatives, and targeting strategies.
SEO & Product Listing Optimization
- Conduct keyword research for marketplace listings and organic search ranking.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and backend keywords.
- Improve listing quality score and organic ranking on marketplaces.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies for product pages or e-commerce websites.
- Analyze competitors and identify keyword and listing optimization opportunities.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using marketplace dashboards and tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to increase sales and reduce ad costs.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central Ads.
- Experience running Flipkart and Meesho ad campaigns.
- Strong understanding of E-commerce SEO and keyword optimization.
- Knowledge of ACOS, ROAS optimization, bid management, and campaign scaling.
- Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple product categories in marketplaces.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization and listing A/B testing.
- Experience with Shopify or e-commerce website SEO is a plus.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush).
