Role Overview:
You will be joining Twigs Direct Pvt. Ltd., a luxury furniture manufacturer in Gurgaon, to lead their e-commerce operations and digital marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the online brand experience and driving business growth through various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the company's e-commerce website, ensuring product listings, pricing, and imagery reflect the brand's quality.
- Coordinate with design and production teams for new product launches and maintain a seamless user experience on the website.
- Manage analytics and conversion metrics to make data-driven improvements and handle third-party e-commerce integrations.
- Develop and execute AI-driven digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create visually stunning creatives, banners, and social media posts, along with promotional videos and short films highlighting craftsmanship and design stories.
- Collaborate with photographers and content creators to maintain a consistent visual tone and drive brand promotion.
Qualification Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Design, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, or WordPress.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Pro, along with hands-on experience in AI marketing tools.
- Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
- Excellent communication, project management, and storytelling skills, with an aesthetic sensitivity towards luxury or design brands. Role Overview:
