Job Type: Full-time | Hybrid (Office + Remote)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Poomer is a well-established clothing and fashion brand in South India, known for its men’s innerwear and casual wear, with a strong offline and online presence.

Presta is a new and fast-growing women’s fashion brand, expanding rapidly across South India with a focus on comfort-led everyday wear and modern styling.

We are scaling our e-commerce and marketplace operations, and are looking for experienced professionals to support this growth.

🏢 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Associate / Admin to manage the day-to-day online operations for our apparel brands Poomer and Presta.

This is a hands-on administrative and operations role, ideal for candidates who have already worked in the e-commerce field and are comfortable handling marketplace workflows independently.

🛠 Tools & Platforms (Mandatory Experience)

Candidates must have prior hands-on experience in:

  • Amazon Seller Central (basic knowledge)
  • Flipkart Seller Hub (basic knowledge)
  • Shopify (basic knowledge)
  • Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, OneDrive – for daily reporting and communication)
  • Professional email handling and online documentation

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage daily online orders
  • Handle product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify
  • Maintain SKUs, sizes, pricing, images, and product details
  • Monitor deliveries, cancellations, returns, and refunds
  • Respond to customer queries via email and WhatsApp
  • Handle customer complaints, return/exchange requests, and follow-ups
  • Maintain simple daily and weekly reports using Excel
  • Coordinate internally for order fulfilment and updates

👤 Candidate Requirements (Must Have)

  • Prior experience in e-commerce operations is mandatory
  • Proven hands-on work on:
  • Amazon Seller Central
  • Flipkart Seller Hub
  • Basic working knowledge of Shopify Admin
  • Comfortable using Excel for reports and tracking
  • Strong email communication skills
  • Ability to work independently on daily operations

🌍 Language

  • English: Read, write, and speak
  • Tamil: Speaking knowledge is sufficient

📍 Location & Work Style

  • Candidates must be based in Coimbatore or Tirupur
  • Hybrid role – mix of office-based and work-from-home days
