Job Summary

We are looking for a high-performing and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive with hands-on experience in Flipkart Seller Central. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end marketplace account management, ensuring compliance, maximizing sales, and driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Manage daily operations of Flipkart seller accounts, including order processing, returns, and customer escalations.
  • Cataloging: Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate content, images, keywords, and pricing.
  • Advertising: Plan and run Sponsored Ads / Flipkart Ads campaigns, optimize ACoS, and ensure maximum ROI.
  • Inventory & Pricing: Monitor stock levels, update prices, manage replenishment, and avoid stock-outs or over-selling.
  • Account Health: Track account performance metrics (ODR, late dispatch rate, cancellation rate, etc.) and ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
  • Sales Growth: Identify and implement strategies for improving product visibility, rankings, and conversion rates.
  • Reports & Analysis: Generate and analyze weekly/monthly sales reports to identify growth opportunities and trends.
  • Coordination: Work closely with internal teams like operations, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth marketplace functioning.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve marketplace-related issues including listing suppressions, account suspensions, or reinstatements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in Flipkart Seller Hub (account management is a must).
  • Strong knowledge of cataloging, listing optimization, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
  • Good understanding of marketplace policies, compliance, and penalties.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
