We are looking for a dedicated E-commerce Manager who can also contribute as a Business Development Manager (BDM) to manage and grow our online pharmacy operations while driving strategic partnerships and business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the complete operations of the Atomic Pharmacy e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth online sales and order fulfillment.
  • Identify and acquire new clients such as dermatology clinics, aesthetic centers, pharmacies, and healthcare partners using digital marketing, e-commerce tools, and targeted campaigns.
  • Develop and expand B2B partnerships with dermatologists, skin clinics, haircare centers, and distributors.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including dermatologists, clinic owners, procurement managers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor industry trends in dermatology, skincare, haircare, and e-pharmacy to identify new opportunities for expansion and product growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and growth plans to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and service-level agreements (SLAs) with partners, vendors, and institutional clients.
  • Manage the company's online presence, collaborating with marketing teams to improve search engine optimization (SEO/SEM), website performance, and user experience (UX) to increase conversions.
  • Coordinate with logistics, inventory, and operations teams to ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and delivery of products.
  • Ensure all digital sales activities comply with pharmaceutical and healthcare regulations.
  • Work closely with internal teams—including marketing, procurement, and operations—to ensure seamless e-commerce operations.
  • Utilize CRM and analytics tools to track leads, monitor sales performance, and analyze customer behavior, providing regular reports to management.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, business development, or online sales, preferably in pharma, dermatology, skincare, cosmetics, or healthcare sectors.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, etc., digital marketing tools, and online marketplace operations.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales, handling orders and stocks, lead generation, and partnership development.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) and CRM platforms.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple functions, including online operations, partnerships, and revenue growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
