Key Responsibilities
Ecommerce Operations
- Own end-to-end order lifecycle:
- Orders, payments, shipping, delivery, returns & refunds
- Manage logistics partners (Shiprocket / couriers)
- Coordinate with suppliers & vendors
- Monitor and reduce RTO, delays, and customer escalations
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the store
Required Skills & Experience
Must-Have
- 3–6 years experience in:
- D2C brand
- Ecommerce startup
- Online marketplace operations
- Hands-on experience with:
- Shopify / WooCommerce
- Logistics & fulfillment tools
- Google Sheets / Excel
- Strong understanding of:
- Margins
- Unit economics
- Ecommerce funnels
