Position: E-commerce Operations (Returns & Marketplace Specialist)

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Returns Management (RTO & Customer Returns)

• Manage day-to-day returns on seller panels (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, etc.).
• Monitor RTO (Return to Origin) shipments, track incoming returns, and coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely returns.
• Ensure accurate inspection of returned items to differentiate between sellable/unsellable inventory.

1. Returns Reconciliation & Claims Management

• Conduct regular, in-depth reconciliation of returned items to ensure every return is documented, preventing inventory and financial leakage.
• File timely claims (SPF - Seller Protection Fund) for damaged, incorrect, or missing items returned by customers or couriers.
• Handle and resolve courier/logistics issues regarding lost or damaged shipments during the return transit.

1. Inventory & Warehouse Coordination

• Update returned inventory in the system promptly and coordinate with the warehouse for quality checks and re-packaging.
• Maintain accurate records of returned, restocked, and discarded items.

1. Performance Analysis

• Analyze return reasons and patterns to provide feedback for improving product listings, images, or packaging to reduce future returns.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on Return Rates, RTO percentages, and claim success rates.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, specifically in handling returns/reverse logistics for Amazon/Flipkart.
• Skills: Excellent command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Google Sheets for data reconciliation.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of marketplace policies regarding returns, damaged items, and reimbursements.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Any Graduate).
• Traits: High attention to detail, proactive, and good analytical skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
