ILAGEMS is a jewelry business specializing in diamond and gemstone jewelry sold through online marketplaces and auction platforms. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented assistant to manage online listings, product uploads, and customer communication.
- Responsibilities:**
- Create and manage product listings on online marketplaces
- Upload product images and descriptions
- Maintain product data and inventory in Excel or Google Sheets
- Organize and rename product images properly
- Respond to customer messages and inquiries
- Assist with order tracking and shipping updates
- Ensure listings are accurate and properly formatted
- Requirements:**
- Basic computer knowledge
- Familiar with Excel or Google Sheets
- Good English communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience with e-commerce listings (preferred but not required)
- Salary:**
₹10000 – ₹12000 per month (depending on experience)
- Working Hours:**
8-10 hours per day

Remote / Work From Home
