As an E-Commerce Specialist at The Brand Look Book, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day online sales operations for the corporate gifting business. Your responsibilities will include order processing, product listings, inventory coordination, marketplace management, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across various online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage daily online orders efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team to ensure timely shipments.
  • Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues promptly.
  • Handle returns, replacements, and address customer queries effectively.
  • Upload and update product listings with detailed descriptions, pricing, and images.
  • Optimize product titles and keywords for enhanced visibility.
  • Manage catalogue updates and coordinate seasonal launches.
  • Monitor product performance and maintain stock availability.
  • Track stock levels, collaborate with the procurement team, and generate inventory reports.
  • Provide customer support by responding to queries via email, phone, or marketplace chat.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for managing bulk corporate orders.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and support management with data insights.

Qualifications Required:

  • MBA qualification preferred.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of E-Commerce websites.
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
  • Strong coordination and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines.
