Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator for Grade Pre-Nursery to create a nurturing, engaging and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young learners. The educator will plan creative activities, promote learning through play and exploration, and support each childs emotional well-being and social development. Collaboration with parents and staff is essential to ensure a balanced and supportive approach to early learning.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and play-based learning
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy and creativity in engaging with young children
- Bachelors degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Experience in Pre Primary section is preferred
