Email Marketing Campaign Specialist

As an Email Campaign Analyst at our company located in HSR Layout, 6th Sector Bangalore, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
- Demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills, logical thinking, and analytical ability with a high attention to detail.
- Utilizing knowledge or experience in email marketing and multi-channel campaign execution, including outbound email and B2B lead generation. Executing email campaigns using CRM/marketing automation platforms.
- Involvement in data segmentation, HTML, CSS, CRM tools, AI agent, AI automation, CRM operations, campaign analytics, campaign executions, and A/B testing.
- Assisting in planning and executing outbound email campaigns to generate leads and engage prospects, along with a good understanding of MS Excel.
- Building and managing prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn or other databases, with training provided.
- Writing and editing cold email sequences and follow-ups under the guidance of senior team members.
- Monitoring campaign performance metrics such as open rates, reply rates, and bounce rates to analyze results.
- Working on IP Domain Warm-Up, Authentication Protocols, Domain Reputation, domain management, and Blacklist.
