Embedded Testing Engineer

- Education and Work Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field. / 5 to 7 years
- We are seeking a highly skilled Embedded Software developer with Engineering degree in Electronics/Computer science background to play a key role in the quality assurance of Heat pump software. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Embedded SW testing and test automation frameworks.
Tasks / Responsibilities:
- Create test plan, test specification and perform test execution (manual & automated)
- Debug and identify the root cause and give an indication on a suitable solution
- Interact with different stakeholders to derive solutions
- Requirement elicitation refine user level requirements to product specific requirements.
- Identifying opportunities for improving test efficiency and automation
- Good testing knowledge and exposure to all stages of SDLC & STLC, good experience in Product Quality testing
Expected skill set: Academic degree in Electronic Engineering or similar Certification: ISTQB certification
- Mandatory skills
- Good communication skills, problem solving skills and pro-activeness
- Good team player, high learning motivation, quick in comprehension
- Experience in Mobile app testing
- Experience in usage of JIRA
- ISTQB Advanced level certification
- Essential skills
- Working knowledge on different TT Products or Embedded Products
- Exposure in working with international team
- Hands on Python programming language
- Hands on experience on Robot framework
- Working knowledge on Selenium framework
- Added advantage
- Experience in HVAC technolog
Good to Have skills:
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
