Employee Relations Executive – BPO | Walk-in | Thane

Urgent hiring for Employee Relations Executive (BPO) in Thane.

Candidates must have hands-on experience in employee grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate or MBA in HR
• Minimum 1+ year experience in Employee Relations / BHR role
• BPO background is mandatory
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills required

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns
• Manage employee engagement and relations activities
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and company guidelines
• Support disciplinary actions and documentation
• Handling employee attrition, retention, and disciplinary cases

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
