We’re growing our Talent Acquisition team at Quantum World Technologies Inc. and looking for an Engineering Recruiter who understands the engineering hiring landscape.
This role will support hiring across Automotive | Vehicle| Aerospace| Digital Engineering | Manufacturing | Defense| Telecom | Oil | Gas | Utility| Energy| Industrial | Automobile| Medical Devices
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for engineering roles
- Proactive sourcing using LinkedIn, job boards & Boolean search
- Strong collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Building talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-find skills
- Managing ATS and ensuring a smooth candidate experience
Ideal Background:
- 1–3 years of experience in Engineering recruitment.
- Experience hiring for Automotive, Aerospace or Manufacturing domains is a plus
- Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing platforms
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
