- Document all interactions in the CRM system, escalating issues when needed.
- Meet performance metrics including response time and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication in English with strong grammar.
- Experience in customer service or non-voice processes is a plus.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
