Event Coordinator

The Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events efficiently while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and clients to deliver successful corporate and private events in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning & Coordination
- Plan and coordinate corporate events, private parties, and promotional events.
- Develop event timelines, schedules, and execution plans.
- Client Communication
- Understand client requirements, expectations, and event objectives.
- Provide event proposals, updates, and coordination support.
- Vendor Management
- Coordinate with vendors such as decorators, caterers, entertainers, and technical teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of services and quality standards.
- Budget Management
- Assist in preparing event budgets and ensure expenses remain within approved limits.
- Track payments and vendor invoices.
- Event Execution
- Oversee on-site event setup, coordination, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure smooth flow of the event from start to completion.
- Logistics & Operations
- Manage venue arrangements, equipment, decorations, and guest requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as operations, bar, and service teams.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain event records, client details, and feedback reports.
- Prepare post-event evaluation reports.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
