Job Summary

An Event Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and designing the visual and creative aspects of events. They develop event themes, décor concepts, layouts, and overall aesthetics to ensure memorable and visually appealing experiences for clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts and themes for events based on client requirements.
  • Design event layouts including stage design, décor placement, lighting, and seating arrangements.
  • Create mood boards, sketches, and design presentations for clients.
  • Coordinate with vendors such as decorators, florists, lighting technicians, and production teams.
  • Manage event setup and ensure designs are executed as planned.
  • Select colors, materials, props, and décor elements for events.
  • Ensure event designs align with the client's brand, vision, and budget.
  • Stay updated with the latest event design trends and creative ideas.
  • Supervise on-site installation and dismantling of event décor.
  • Work closely with event planners, coordinators, and clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Interior Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in event design or event management (preferred).
