  1. Strategic Planning & Budgeting
  • Defining Objectives: Understanding what the client wants (e.g., brand awareness, fundraising, or just a great party).
  • Financial Oversight: Creating and sticking to a strict budget. You’ll need to account for every rupee to ensure the event is profitable or cost-effective.
  • Venue Sourcing: Finding, scouting, and booking the perfect location that fits the capacity and vibe.
  1. Vendor & Logistics Management
  • Negotiation: Managing contracts with caterers, decorators, tech crews, and entertainers.
  • Supply Chain: Ensuring everything from chairs to high-end AV equipment arrives on time.
  • Permits & Safety: Handling the "boring but vital" stuff—insurance, health and safety regulations, and local council permits.
  1. Marketing & Attendee Experience
  • Promotion: Coordinating with marketing teams to drive ticket sales or registrations via social media and email.
  • Registration: Managing guest lists, invitations, and check-in tech.
  • Design: Overseeing the "look and feel"—signage, lighting, and stage design.
  1. On-Site Execution
  • The "Point of Contact": Being the person everyone goes to when something goes wrong (and something usually does).
  • Schedule Management: Running the "Show Flow" or "Run of Show" to ensure speakers and segments happen on the minute.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
