Are you energetic, hands-on, and passionate about events?

We’re looking for a young and dynamic professional to join our Event Operations team!

This is not a desk job — this is a ground-level execution role where you’ll be part of real-time event production and operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage vendors and coordinate with local suppliers
• Visit local markets for sourcing event materials
• Handle event logistics and production arrangements
• Supervise on-site setup and execution
• Tackle real-time challenges during events
• Ensure smooth coordination between production and operations teams
• Maintain high-quality client service standards

Whom We’re Looking For:

• Freshers welcome (basic knowledge of event production preferred)
• Prior event management experience is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good problem-solving ability
• Energetic, proactive, and ready to take responsibility
• Comfortable working in fast-paced event environments

Language Requirement:

• English - Mandatory
• Tamil – Mandatory
• Hindi – Added advantage
