Role Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Executive Chef with strong expertise in French pâtisserie, Egyptian desserts, Arabic pastries, artisan breads, and Italian breads. The candidate must bring innovation, leadership, and international standards to a premium bakery brand.

Egyptian Desserts

  • Basbousa
  • Kunafa (varieties)
  • Umm Ali
  • Zalabia
  • Traditional syrup-based desserts
  • New Arabic Pastries
  • Premium Baklava variations
  • Maamoul
  • Modern Arabic fusion desserts
  • Pistachio-based & date-based specialties
  • Contemporary Gulf-style dessert concepts

Italian Breads

  • Focaccia

Artisan & European Breads

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complete bakery & pastry production
  • Develop signature luxury dessert collections
  • Train and supervise bakery team
  • Maintain strict quality & hygiene standards
  • Standardize recipes with proper costing
  • Introduce seasonal & trending global items
  • Ensure consistent premium presentation

Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management
  • 5–15 years experience in premium bakery operations
  • Experience in international bakery or Gulf market preferred
  • Robust knowledge of fermentation, laminated dough & dessert plating

Salary Range

₹70,000 – ₹90,000 per month (Based on experience & international exposure)
