Roles and Responsibilities
- Export Pre-Shipment and Post-Shipment Documentation
Manage all documentation processes related to export shipments, including pre-shipment preparation and post-shipment documentation activities.
- Coordination with CHA for Factory Stuffing and Documentation
Liaise with Customs House Agents (CHA) to coordinate factory stuffing activities and ensure all required export documentation is completed accurately.
- Coordination with Project and Planning Team for Client Documentation
Collaborate with the project and planning teams to collect, prepare, and submit documentation required by clients for export shipments.
- Coordination with SGS Team for Inspection and Container Sealing
Coordinate with the inspection team from SGS to facilitate inspections and ensure proper container sealing in compliance with export regulations.
- Coordination with Third-Party Inspection Agencies for Hazardous Shipments (Vanning Inspection)
Coordinate with authorized third-party inspection agencies to conduct vanning inspections and ensure compliance for hazardous cargo shipments.
- Preparation of Hazardous Shipment Documentation
Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation for hazardous shipments, including permits, certificates, safety data sheets, and regulatory compliance documents.
- RFID Sealing and Documentation After Dispatch
Arrange RFID sealing for export shipments and maintain proper documentation related to RFID sealing after dispatch.
- Preparation of Documents for Export Incentives (MEIS & RODTEP)
Prepare and submit documentation required to claim export incentives under schemes such as
- Merchandise Exports from India Scheme
- Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products.
- Preparation of Shipping Marks and Vehicle Loading Details
Prepare shipping marks and provide vehicle loading details to ensure accurate identification and efficient transportation of export consignments.
- Maintaining Export Shipment Reports and Incentive Details
Maintain records and generate reports related to export shipments, Duty Drawback (DBK), and RODTEP details for compliance and internal tracking.
- Pre- and Post-Shipment Activities for Pharmaceutical Shipments
Handle documentation and compliance processes for shipments related to the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- ADC Documentation for Pharmaceutical Products
Prepare and manage ADC documentation for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and other pharmaceutical products as per regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Experience
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or any related field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
