A good Talent Acquisition Executive should be good at communication, interviewing, networking, organization, negotiation, and using recruitment tools.
Use HR software, spreadsheets, email, and recruitment tools.
Communication Skills
- Ability to speak and write clearly with candidates and managers.
- Conduct interviews and explain job roles properly.
- Knowledge of how to source candidates, screen resumes, and conduct interviews.
- Ability to judge whether a candidate fits the job.
Knowledge of Hiring Platforms
- Experience with job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri.com, Indeed, etc.
- Ability to post jobs and search for candidates online.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
