F&B Operations Manager (India)

We are looking for a F&B; Operation Manager at Back to Source.

Location: Chandigarh

Experience: 8+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee F&B; operations across multiple outlets.
• Shall be able to review and update the existing SOP’s with respect to Kaizen.
• Conduct regular operational audits to ensure compliance with company standards, SOPs, and quality benchmarks.
• Monitor service standards, hygiene, and customer experience across outlets.
• Lead, mentor and manage outlet managers and F&B; teams.
• Ensure team grooming, discipline, and performance standards are maintained.
• Handle team conflicts, operational challenges and problem resolution effectively.
• Shall ensure harmony and efficiency across all outlets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, statutory and company policies.
• Support new outlet openings.
• Shall be able to coordinate with the maintenance team to resolve interior and floor-level maintenance issues that affect guest experience.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
