Female Call Center Representative (Sungam)

• Key Responsibilities**:
• Manage high volumes of outbound calls efficiently
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Qualifications and Skills**:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English is required.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in handling CRM systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
