Role Description

This is a full-time in office role of a Chef at Myra Luxury Living, located in Serilingampalli. The Chef will be responsible for planning and preparing high-quality meals, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, and managing the kitchen staff. Daily responsibilities include menu preparation with a focus on diverse cuisines, maintaining an organized kitchen, and ensuring food safety standards. The Chef will play a key role in providing residents with exceptional dining experiences to enhance their living environment at Myra.

Qualifications

Expertise in culinary techniques, food preparation, and plating skills

Proficiency in menu planning, creating diverse cuisine offerings, and creating a balanced meal variety

Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation practices

Experience in inventory management, sourcing high-quality ingredients, and cost-effective meal planning

Strong leadership and personnel management skills to train and supervise kitchen staff effectively

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines without compromising quality

Formal culinary training or a relevant qualified certification

Prior experience in a commercial kitchen;
