As a Figma Designer at Direction Educare, your role will involve creating visually appealing and user-centric interface designs, developing interactive prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Using Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and UI/UX design
- Designing creative Figma slides for Gamified Learning in collaboration with SME teams
- Collaborating with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to gather design requirements
- Maintaining design consistency and attention to detail in all projects
- Showcasing strong time management skills to meet deadlines effectively
Qualifications required for this role include:
- 3-4 years of experience in designing user interfaces and creating visually appealing layouts
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for impactful digital experiences
- Basic understanding of front-end development principles is a plus
- A portfolio showcasing previous Figma design work
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or related field is preferred
