The role requires 3-6 years of experience, exceptional communication, and proficiency in fine-dining etiquette. Key Responsibilities & Job Description (JD)
- Service Excellence: Supervise daily operations, ensuring impeccable table setups and service standards (cutlery, glassware, napkins).
- Guest Relations: Greet patrons, provide personalized service, explain menu items, and suggest wine pairings.
- Order Management: Accurately relay orders to the kitchen/bar, monitor timing, and manage table turnover.
- Team Leadership: Train, guide, and supervise stewards on grooming and service etiquette.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction.
- Operational Support: Assist management with inventory control, including linen, crockery, and cutlery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Generally 3–6 years in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
- Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong leadership, wine knowledge, and ability to work under pressure.
- Education: Diploma in Hotel Management or12th pass with relevant experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
