Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Fleetage Executive to manage relationships with fleet customers and ensure smooth service and maintenance of commercial vehicles. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with service teams, tracking vehicle maintenance schedules, and ensuring high customer satisfaction among fleet operators.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain regular contact with fleet customers and transporters
Monitor vehicle service schedules and maintenance activities
Coordinate with workshop and service teams for timely repairs
Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution
Maintain service records and prepare performance reports
Support service and spare parts business growth
Eligibility:
Diploma / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
1–3 years of experience in automobile service or fleet management preferred
Good communication and customer handling skills
