Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Manage and supervise daily workshop floor operations.
- Allocate jobs to technicians as per skill and priority.
- Ensure timely repair and delivery of vehicles.
- Monitor technician productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Spare Parts team.
- Maintain workshop discipline, safety, and housekeeping.
- Ensure quality standards and minimize repeat repairs.
Requirements:
- Experience in automobile workshop operations preferred.
- Good team handling and coordination skills.
- Experience in dealership service operations is mandatory
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
