We are seeking an experienced and passionate Freelance Chef Trainer to join a reputed hotel management college in Delhi. The ideal candidate should currently be working with a 5-star hotel or a well-established hospitality brand and possess strong culinary expertise along with excellent communication and teaching skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct practical and theoretical culinary training sessions for students
- Demonstrate professional cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and plating standards
- Share industry insights, trends, and best practices from luxury hospitality environments
- Mentor and guide students to develop industry-ready skills
- Assist in curriculum enhancement and skill-based workshops
Requirements:
- Currently employed with a 5-star hotel or reputed hospitality establishment
- Proven experience in professional kitchens
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Prior teaching or training experience preferred
- Passion for mentoring aspiring hospitality professionals
Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in multi-cuisine or specialized culinary domains
- Ability to engage and inspire students
- Professional demeanor and industry awareness
