We are hiring for the position of **Language Interpreter (Work From Home)**.
- Position:** Foreign Language Interpreter
- Number of Positions:** 100+
- Industry:** BPO / KPO / Language Services / Customer Support
- Job Type:** Full-Time
- Location:** Work From Home
- Working Days:** 5 Days (2 Rotational Week Off)
- Shift:** Rotational Shifts (Including Night Shifts)
- Salary:** Up to 7.87 LPA
- Minimum Requirements:**
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- English fluency is mandatory** along with **any one of the following languages**:
- Burmese
- Italian
- Turkish
- French
- For French Language:**
- Certification (B2 level or above), OR
- Graduation / Post-Graduation in French, OR
- Native Speaker (OCI required if not an Indian citizen)
- Strong understanding of cultural nuances, idiomatic expressions, and language dynamics.
- Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills.
- Ability to remain neutral, objective, and professional during conversations.
- Capability to explain cultural context when required to avoid miscommunication.
- Technical Requirements (Mandatory):**
- Own Laptop/Desktop is mandatory
- Minimum **i3 / i5 Processor**
- Minimum **8 GB RAM**
- Stable high-speed internet connection
- Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle inbound calls from international (US-based) clients and provide real-time interpretation between **English and the target language**.
- Accurately interpret meaning, tone, and intent while maintaining grammar and syntax standards in both languages.
- Deliver precise and complete message renditions without omission or alteration.
- Manage call flow effectively while adhering to client instructions.
- Maintain professionalism with clear communication, pronunciation, and a courteous tone.
- Avoid direct interaction with limited English speakers without client permission.
- Stay composed during sensitive or emergency situations.
- Ensure availability during scheduled shifts and maintain punctuality.
- Maintain reliable internet connectivity for uninterrupted workflow.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
