As a Founding Sales Champion at Odriyo, you will be responsible for active ground sales in the hospitality industry. This is a field-first, relationship-driven role where you will play a key role in shaping Odriyos sales strategy and growth. Your primary tasks will include visiting hotels and restaurants in your city, onboarding clients, and building long-term relationships to drive recurring revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own on-ground sales execution in your city
  • Personally visit hotels and restaurants for field/ground sales
  • Pitch and demonstrate Odriyo to owners, managers, and decision-makers
  • Drive client onboarding and ensure smooth activation
  • Build a strong local network within the hospitality ecosystem
  • Close deals and grow recurring revenue
  • Act as the voice of customers and share market insights with founders
  • Lay the foundation for future sales hires and processes

Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the hospitality industry
  • Proven experience in on-ground / field sales (visiting hotels, restaurants, cafs, or hospitality businesses)
  • Strong understanding of hotel & restaurant operations
  • Comfortable with daily travel and face-to-face selling
  • Confident communicator with negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, accountable, and execution-focused
