Our facilitators are the heart of Oasis. They are not just artists, but gentle guides who help participants explore creativity in a meaningful, engaging, and respectful way.

Role Description We are looking for Freelancing Art Facilitators to conduct art classes, creative workshops, school events & fairs, and birthday parties at various locations across Delhi NCR.

This is a flexible, freelance role where assignments are shared based on client confirmations . Details of the location, date, duration, and age group will be shared only once a booking is confirmed .

Assignments may be scheduled 7 days to up to 3 weeks in advance and can include Saturdays and Sundays , depending on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities Plan and conduct engaging, age-appropriate art and creative sessions for children and/or adults

Deliver workshops, birthday parties, creative events or short-term art programmes at homes, venues, schools, or partner locations

Prepare, organise, and manage art materials required for each session

Create a warm, encouraging, and inclusive environment for participants

Communicate clearly and professionally with parents, clients, and the Oasis team

Ensure smooth execution of sessions in line with Oasis quality standards

Represent the Oasis brand with care, professionalism, and positivity at all times

Work Structure & Flexibility

This is a freelance, assignment-based role, which can be project based as well.

Availability may be required on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).

Assignments may be one-time, short-term, or recurring , depending on demand.

Qualifications & Skills Mandatory art background (fine arts, applied arts, design, art education, or equivalent experience)

Prior experience in facilitating art classes, workshops, or creative activities

Comfort and confidence working with children (and adults where required)

Understanding of creative and/or sensory-based art practices

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Good organisational skills, time management and team spirit.

Ability to adapt sessions to different age groups and settings

Degree or formal training in art, art education, child development, or related fields is a strong plus
